PopUp Bagels nails the New York-style bagel with a crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior, served hot and fresh with their "Grip. Rip. Dip." approach (no slicing, no toasting). The schmears are the real star: the Mac and Cheese tastes like elevated Kraft nostalgia, and the Truffle Butter is surprisingly balanced without beating you over the head with truffle.
