Yes, it's coffee inside a funeral home, and yes, it works. Monthly special drinks and genuinely friendly staff. Easily the best conversation-starter coffee in Charlotte.
The Everyday Market LoSo✓
Fresh house-made pastries and sandwiches, an excellent wine selection, and one of the better carrot cakes in Charlotte. The breakfast burrito is solid too.
Lottie's Cafe✓
Black female-owned cafe with great lattes, breakfast dishes, and pastries, plus beer and wine. One of the prettiest work-from-home setups in the city. Come for a coffee, stay for the afternoon.
