Nonna's catering brought Olympic-worthy lasagna with perfectly synchronized layers of rich meat sauce and al dente pasta, Chicken Francese that earned a standing ovation with its lemon-butter and white wine sauce, and garlic knots so good I wanted to write them a love song. The eggplant parmigiana is a plant-based dream, and those mini cannolis deliver a crispy, creamy finale that'll make you feel like you're in an Italian grandmother's kitchen.
