Meadow's Italiano in Mooresville does wood-fired pizza the right way, with quality ingredients and a crust that rivals the coal-fired legends of NYC. The Salsiccia is a must-order: pork sausage, smoked mozzarella, roasted red peppers, Mike's Hot Honey, Vidalia onion, roasted garlic, basil, and pecorino on a perfectly balanced pie that's worth the drive north.
