The Scoop N Scootery buries you under outrageous sundaes made with creamy Blue Bell ice cream and topped with honest-to-god buttercream frosting, like someone crossbred a birthday cake with an ice cream pint. I went for That Thicc Boi: chocolate ice cream with a brownie core, cookie dough chunks, chocolate chips, and a cupcake-sized swirl of chocolate buttercream that made absolutely no sense and tasted perfect.
