I finally made it to this Sardis Road legend after two years of hearing locals rave about it, and the Tuna Tataki and Bigger Roll proved every whisper right. The sushi here is fresh, generous, and priced so fairly you'll wonder how they pull it off, with rolls like the Red Dragon delivering perfect rice-to-fish ratios and a level of craft that keeps the place packed every night.
