Pro skater Neen Williams opened this Wagyu burger spot in Uptown's Latta Arcade, and it earned a literal dance from a Charlotte chef when he took his first bite. The two-patty smash burger comes stacked with tamed jalapeños, grilled onions, secret sauce, and American cheese on a toasted potato bun with actual grill marks, and the double-fried beef tallow fries are criminally crispy.
