This was hands-down one of the best meals I've ever had in Charlotte, maybe the best. The saffron honey chicken with chili crunch made from fermented black beans had me rethinking every boring grilled version I've ever eaten, the tiny wagyu ribeye tartare tacos were bite-sized mic drops, and the whole roasted branzino special featured a sauce made with charred herbs, black garlic, black lime, and sherry vinegar that made me message the chef on his night off to say thank you.
