You can watch them stretch your noodles by hand right in front of you, which is mesmerizing, and then you get to eat them in dishes like the beef Chao Mian (better than the chicken version, trust me) or the braised beef noodle soup with melt-in-your-mouth tender beef. The egg roll here is legitimately one of the best in Charlotte, golden and crispy with those perfect little bubble blisters. Full review on my Substack.
